The legal agreements governing your use of the SafeSequence platform and hardware.
Last Updated: 19.06.2026
Welcome to SafeSequence. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and SafeSequence regarding your access to and use of our automated documentation software, web portal, and provided point-of-view hardware.
SafeSequence provides an automated processing platform designed to convert video telemetry into standardized health and safety documentation. Upon subscribing to our service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Client Portal and utilize the processing nodes associated with your specific Pricing Tier.
You agree to use the SafeSequence platform and hardware strictly in compliance with all applicable local and national laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Specifically, the Client must:
By utilizing the SafeSequence platform, the Client agrees to mandate that all on-site operators perform the "SafeSequence Safety Slate" prior to the commencement of any video recording. This verbal declaration serves as a verified statement of data minimization and personnel notification. The Client acknowledges that failure to perform the verbal slate may result in the automated rejection of the video file by the SafeSequence processing engine.
"Recording for SafeSequence. I confirm this area has been prepped for data minimization. Screens are off, personal items are cleared, and all personnel have been notified that filming is taking place strictly for health and safety, and training analysis."
SafeSequence utilizes artificial intelligence and automated extraction to generate initial drafts of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments (RAMS). The Client acknowledges that SafeSequence does not provide certified legal or safety advice. All generated documentation must be reviewed, verified, and formally signed off by a qualified, competent Human-in-the-Loop (such as your internal HSE Manager) before being implemented in a live operational environment.
SafeSequence retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, the processing algorithms, and the underlying software. The Client retains full ownership of all raw video data uploaded to the platform, as well as the finalized, formatted documents generated for your operational use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeSequence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational capacity, resulting from the use or inability to use the services or any errors in the automatically generated safety documentation.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client must return all leased SafeSequence hardware. SafeSequence will permanently purge all Client data from our servers within 30 days of the termination date.
